"No displayname no new account"

Hallo. Ich habe MagentaCloud S gebucht (möchte ggf. später upgraden, aber wollte das Produkt erstmal testen), kann mich jetzt aber nicht anmelden, da ich immer die Fehlermeldung 

"No displayname no new account"

bekomme. Was kann ich hier tun?
