Bestellung Prepaid - kann Straßen nicht ändern

Ich möchte Prepaid abschließen als Festnetzkunde. Dazu habe ich mich entsprechend eingeloggt.

Dabei wurden "Straße und Hausnr. *" vorbelegt. Dies wird mir nun als Fehler angezeigt, aber ich kann da nicht ändern.

Als Browser verwende ich Edge.

Was kann ich da machen?
