English Post: eSim with Prepaid number

Hi team
Can someone please confirm is it possible to use eSim options with prepaid number.
For last 18 months I was using this option and 5 days ago my phone has been reseted and eSim configuration has been deleted.
Today I went to Telekom shop and they told me that it is not possible to use eSim with Prepaid number.
Also how I can request new sim card for my prepaid number?

Well that is a problem
My eSim is not active so I can not receive calls. I have sent you my contact details on private message.
And let me describe a problem. I was using eSim with my prepaid number till last week. Unfortunately my iPhone reset itself last week and settings of eSim were deleted.
Today I went to Telekom shop in Biberach and MR . Muller told me that eSim is not supported with prepaid number which is a bit strange as I was using exactly same combination for last 2 years.
Anyway he didn't want or didn't know how to help me and currently I do not have my prepaid number available.
What are possible options for me?
Currently I would like either to get eSim code, and obviously MR . Muller deactivated my current QR code or if you can send me a regular SIM card.

I just tried calling again, also the number you've sent me privately, but unfortunately no one picked up.
I need to verify you, before I can send out a new e-sim profile.

Like discussed the e-sim profile will get send to you via post.
It can take up to 3 days because of shipping.
