Kundencenter GK hatte ich Zugang jetzt nein Warum

Hallo, ich hatte als GK T-Mobil und PK Festnetz Zugang zu beiden Verträgen. Jetzt geht das nicht mehr.

Muss mich erst im Business Center registrieren. Warum muss ich dort aber erst ein seitenlanges Formular ausfüllen?

Gibt es eine andere Lösung?
