MagentaTV App Einloggen nicht mehr möglich

Hallo,

ich wurde aus der MagentaTV App ausgeloggt und kann

mich jetzt nicht mehr einloggen.
Gibt es eine Lösung dazu ?
Neuinstallation der selben Version brachte keinen Erfolg.
PW und Benutzer sind richtig, wird aber nicht angenommen.
