Probleme beim Empfang des OTP-Codes für die eSIM-Aktivierung

Hallo,
ich habe gerade ein neues Handy und muss meine eSIM erneut einrichten. Allerdings kann ich den OTP-Code nicht empfangen, da die alte eSIM beim Wechsel auf das neue Gerät gelöscht wurde. Könnten Sie mir bitte weiterhelfen? Vielen Dank!
