Starting credit not received

I purchased T-Mobile prepaid annual plan. In that plan it is mentioned that I will get 100 euro starting credit. My card is activated but still I didn't get that credit. What should I need to do?

Hi @Nishant90

You now have €0.05 credit.
The starting credit was for activating the annual tariff.
This leaves €0.05 of the €100.

There is a * at startimg credit:
Startguthaben
Startguthaben bei Aktivierung, nicht bei Tarifwechsel.
Die Verrechnung erfolgt mit dem Grundpreis der ersten 12 Monate.
Die Differenz wird Ihrem Prepaid-Guthabenkonto gutgeschrieben.
