Starting credit not received

I purchased T-Mobile prepaid annual plan. In that plan it is mentioned that I will get 100 euro starting credit. My card is activated but still I didn't get that credit. What should I need to do?

You now have €0.05 credit.
The starting credit was for activating the annual tariff.
This leaves €0.05 of the €100.

The prepaid year tariff costs 99,95 €, gives you 100 € start credit, but for the 12 months, the credit is directly charged with 99,95 €. Rest are 5 ct.

But then they should have not mentioned it as a starting credit. In the past I purchased a sim from other providers. And they give starting credit on top of their plan. For example: 15 euro/month tariff with 15 euro starting credit. In that case I got 15euro as a credit and not adjusted like this.
Little disappointed with T-Mobile for this miss leading Info on the page.

In usual prepaid tariffs, you have the same behavior. The SIM cost for example €9,95 for a Prepaid M, has €10 start credit and cost €9,95 for every account period. So you have to recharge before period to have at least €9,95.
