Switching from postpaid to prepaid

Hello,

I would like to switch from a MagentaMobil Young contract that started in 2021. I thought the contract would automatically end in September as it originally stated, but it has continued to renew month to month. I considered leaving it but would rather prepay monthly as I never use all of the data I currently pay for.

How do I go about cancelling this and switching to Telekom prepaid? And will I be able to keep my mobile number and SIM card?

      It is about a tariff change from postpaid to prepaid, SIM and phone number remain unchanged.

      Do NOT order a prepaid contract with the idea to port the number from the existing postpaid contract, this is not supported.

      It has to be a simple tariff change.

      Provided you have stated your reachability a Telekom teamie will get in touch with you and you can sort it out / order the tariff change that will take place withing short time frame.
