Transfer my prepaid number (english)
Hello!
I want to do a phone number to another provider. I was told that it's an easy process and want to make the number transferable for free. I can't do it in English by phone, can a team member help me here perhaps?

Thank you for the very nice phone call, @markhovs
I have set the opt in and you can now take the number with you to your new provider.
Have a nice evening.
Kind regards

Hey @markhovs ,
thanks for your writing.
If you just port your mobile number to a new provider your prepaid plan will receive a new number and your current SIM is still usable, but just with a different number and your current number is usable with the SIM of your chosen new provider.
The other option is that you're cancelling your prepaid plan and take your number with you.
In that case, your prepaid plan will be cancelled and your current SIM by us is disabled.
Best regards
