Ich möchte zum Ende der Vertragslaufzeit vom aktuellen Tarif MagentaMobil M mit Premium-Handy auf den Tarif MagentaMobil XS Flex ohne Handy umstellen. Dies wird mir aber im Kundencenter nicht angeboten. Wie kann man den Tarif umstellen?
