You tricked me with Magenta TV sbscription I never wanted

Long story short, a few months ago I was facing a problem with my DLS not working anymore, so I have called the support for there help, and they helped me to fix the problem. Afterward, they called me to verify if everything is working properly, and the support guy told me that because they caused me this problem they are going to give me three months to use Magenta TV for free. I agreed to that (unfortunately!). I forgot to check the invoice I am getting from Telkom for a couple of months, and yesterday after I got the latest invoice, I checked it and found that I am paying for this subscription for more than months.
I did receive the Magenta receiver from Telekom a few months ago, it is still sealed, but I was busy to send it back to them.
The main problem is, I didn't sign any contract with them for Magenta TV, they didn't discuss with me the contract terms, and I don't even know for how long the contract will last!
I tried to call the support but, wasn't able to reach them through the English support number I found 08003301080
If any of you have another English speaking support number please share it with me.
I want to cancel the Magenta TV contract as soon as possible, and want to get a refund for all the payment Telkom took from my account in the contract in the last few months.
