Zu lange Wartezeit.

Guten Tag.
Heute habe ich ein Telefon mit SIM-Karte bestellt. Warum muss ich mehr als einen Monat auf die Bearbeitung meiner Bestellung warten?
Im Angebot steht: Lieferzeit 1-4 Tage.
Ich wollte eine Rückerstattung von 240 Euro, aber in einem Monat wird es zu spät sein. Vertragsabschluss ist der 20.04.2023.
