Hallo,

Ich habe Smarthome (24M) gekündigt. Die Kùndigung würde fristgerecht ausgeführt (11.10.20). Nun will ich mich für die kostenlose Variante Smarthome Basic anmelden. Im Abmeldeprozess in der Smarthome App werde ich aufgefordert den Aktivierungscode einzugeben. Wie bekomme ich diesen Code für die Neuregistrierung?
