iPadOS App - Probleme beim aktivieren

Hallo zusammen,
da sich meine iPad App ausgeloggt hat, musste ich mich mit meinem Telekom Login neu anmelden. Dabei kommt es nach Abfrage des Passworts und der SMS-Tan zu einer Fehlermeldung bei der Aktivierung mit folgendem Inhalt:

App habe ich schon gelöscht und neu installiert, ebenso die Zentrale neu gestartet - was kann ich noch tun? Auf dem Smartphone (iPhone) geht alles, nur nicht auf dem iPad...
Anbei auch mal ein Screenshot der Meldung.
