Hallo,

mit Fehler 99004 ist die Homebase nicht erreichbar. Fehlerdiagnose von der Telekomseite- homebase nicht erreichbar , Stecker ziehen, 2 min. Warten... lustige Idee im Urlaub....😒Wir reden hier doch von einem sicherheitsrelevanten System, das auch reichlich Geld gekostet hat.. sinnvolle Abhilfe?????

      Zuhause sind Sie auch noch nicht?

      Können sie sich bei "Mein Qivicon" einloggen?

      https://www.qivicon.com/login/

      Im Menü "Zentrale" können Sie Ihre Home Base auswählen und neu starten, wenn sie denn erreichbar ist.
