Zuhause App findet Home Base 2 nicht

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe mir eine Smart Home Base 2 zugelegt, die leider von der Zuhause App nicht erkannt wird. Die Home Base ist online und ich habe schon mehrfach erfolglos Resets durchgeführt. Testweise habe ich die alte App installiert, welche sie problemlos findet.

Weiß hier jemand Rat? Vielen Dank vorab.
