Browser7 ist installiert aber startet nicht mehr!

Der Browser 7 ist bei mir schon ein paar Jahre installiert und funktionierte auch noch bis zum 04.04.2023.

Nach einem Win-Update lässt sich der Browser mit dem Icon nicht mehr öffnen. Den PC habe ich schon etliche male neu gestartet aber es hilft nichts. Gibt es da eine Lösung?
