Hm. Zumindest ist die Installationsdatei in Ordnung, bei mir läuft alles einwandfrei durch bei der Installation. Auch bei Win 10.
Du könntest noch Folgendes versuchen:
- Löschen aller temporären Dateien
- Entfernen aller Reste der vorherigen Installationen zu Beispiel mit dem Revo Uninstaller https://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html
- Lösche danach unter "Programme" den Ordner "Deutsche Telekom AG", falls noch vorhanden
- Probiere nochmals eine Neuinstallation
