Re activation of sim and use old number

Hello I wanted to know if it is possible to reactivate sim and get my old phone number that i used to have again

      Telekom SIM can only reactivate 112 days after canceling.

      It depends on whether the number has already been assigned again in the meantime or whether it is still being blocked.
