Ich halte es für absolut sinnfrei, dass es keine Möglichkeit gibt auf der Seite http://www.telekom.de/service/status direkt mit der Ticket-ID den Status abzufragen. Zusätzliche Login-Prozeduren kann ich an dieser Stelle nicht nachvollziehen! Klaus Röntgen
