I have done some further research with the e-mail-address in question. Unfortunately, I could not find anything with it in our systems.
Do you receive a specific error code when you try to set up a new account with that e-mail-address? If so, please send me a screenshot right here.

@Tanmay : in case your 2nd email is not a seperate account but an alias name of the 1st email, this is normal. You can‘t login with an alias name.
