Bei meiner Magenta Box startet seid 3 Wochen Amazon Prime nicht mehr. Es kommt nur der Magenta farbene Ring und das war es. Alle anderen Apps funktionieren. Habe auch schon die Magenta Box 2std vom Netzt getrennt, aber leider ohne Erfolg. Router ist eine FritzBox 7590AX neueste Updates und Firmware. Danke schon mal für die Hilfe.
