What exactly is the new tariff called? It's on the order confirmation.
The error means that no MagentaTV is included, or MagentaTV 2.0.
Then the receiver no longer works

It should now be now "Magenta Zuhause S MagentaTV ... 2.0"
The "2.0" is essential, it doesn't support you TV BOX any more.
You need a new device like TV ONE 2.GEN or a TV Stick.

The downgrade inludes a chance of MagentaTV to the new Version called MagentaTV 2.0. With the new Version there it is no longer possible to use the old receivers like MR401 & MagentaTV Box.
You have to switch to a new receiver like the MagentaTV One

With changing your tariff, also Magenta TV has changed from 1.0 to 2.0. And with 2.0, Mediareceiver and Box are no longer usable.
Yo have to change your receiving device belonging to your TV tariff, what is it in detail?

as all others have already said: You will probably need a new device.
Or do you have another tariff?
