How do I find out which MagentaTV version I have?

Hallo

ich habe Magenta TV Smart mit RTL+ Premium.

Wenn ich auf die RTL+ App gehe, startet RTL+,

aber ich kann keine Sendung gucken.

Es steht immer "nur im upgrade".

Wo ist da der Fehler?

      Melde dich in der RTL+ App einmal ab und wieder an. Bringt das nichts, dann einmal bei der MagentaTV One in die Einstellungen - Systemeinstellungen - Apps - RTL+ App auswählen und da die Daten löschen und den Cache leeren.
