Magenta TV App: “Bei der Aktualisierung der Media-Receiver-Liste ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. (8000001)“

Ich habe einen MR401. Plötzlich erscheint in meiner seit heute in meiner MagentaTV App beim ansteuern des Receivers die Fehlermeldung “Bei der Aktualisierung der Media-Receiver-Liste ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. (8000001)“. 

MR401 ist per LAN im Netzwerk. MagentaTV App auf iOS sowohl auf iPad als auch iPhone. Beide iOS Apps sind aktuell. MR401 wurde auch neu gestartet und neuste Software geladen. Am Heimnetzwerk wurde nichts verändert. Der MR401 zeigte jetzt auch folgende Meldung an: „Smarte Steuerung fehlgeschlagen - F199001“ mit der Option, Smarte Steuerung zu deaktivieren. Im Moment ist sie aktiviert.

 

Es wurden wie beschrieben vor Auftreten des Problemes keine Einstellungen vorgenommen. Alles hat bisher funktioniert

    Hallo @HAMAPA und in die Runde, 

     

    danke, dass ihr weiter am Ball bleibt. 

     

    Ich habe eben auch eine Aufnahme auf der ARD Programmiert, diese wurde mir dann allerdings als Fehlerhaft angezeigt und kann nur gelöscht werden. 

     

    Ich gebe es dann also wieder an unsere Fachabteilung weiter und werde diesen Beitrag hier wieder als (vorläufige) Lösung markieren. Sobald ich neue Infos habe, wie immer hier im Thread. 👍

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
