Installation von Telekom Sync App bleibt hängen

Hallo ,habe mir ein neues iPhone gegönnt und alles schön synchronisiert . Leider bleibt die Installation beim Punkt 3 Sync Profil herunterladen hängen. Auf dem alten Gerät funktioniert alles noch perfekt.

Was kann oder besser muss ich anstellen, damit das neue Gerät auch die E Mails usw.?
