Bestellte Ersatz-Simkarte nicht geliefert

Hallo!

Wegen Wechsel des Smartphones (Nano-SIM) am 15.11. eine Ersatz-Simkarte online bestellt. Ist als erledigt am 15.11. im Kundencenter vermerkt. Karte bis heute nicht angekommen.

      Hi @SHANNONDOAH

      am 19.11.2019 wurde versucht die Karte zuzustellen. Es war keiner Zuhause. Die SIM-Karte liegt jetzt im Paketshop NKD Deutschland GmbH zu Abholung bereit.
