Hallo Telekom Team,

am 17.07.2025 bestellte ich mir ein Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 512GB in der Farbe Silver Shadow. Wegen fehlender Kommunikation des Lieferdatums oder einer Auftragsbestätigung stornierte ich diesen Auftrag am 25.07.2025. Die PayPal Zahlung habe ich aber bis Dato nicht erstattet bekommen. Bitte um Klärung.

und nein ich habe nur die Internet-Eingangsnummer: xxxxxxxxxxx bekommen, mehr nicht.
