Hallo ich habe seit einiger Zeit das Problem das immer wenn ich ein video bei prime video oder netflix starte der ganze Bildschirm rot wird und nichts passiert.

An was kann das liegen?

 

Habe einen mr401 und 4k Fernseher von philips.
